Policy & Procedure

Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods (with trial period) we do not issue refunds after the trial. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing any product at our sites.

We offer a trial period at NO cost to allow you to evaluate Winning Trade Room.

If you decide to stay with us you will need to officially join by paying the monthly fee. You will then be automatically billed by our system every month until you cancel.

If you want to cancel please follow the process below and you can cancel your subscription yourself at any time and you will not be billed further.

Nevertheless, we realize that exceptional circumstances can arise with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we do honor refund requests on the following grounds:

  • irreparable defects or malfunctioning inherent to the product; this reason is to be submitted to our support’s approval. Notwithstanding testing all our products before release unexpected errors, or “bugs”, may occur.
  • duplicate purchase of the same product by the same customer.

If a refund is issued, we subtract 10% of the charged amount to cover the merchant services charges and fees.

Failure to receive or download the product, as well as inability to install or use it due to deficient or inadequate software or hardware, or due to lack of related skills, does not constitute grounds for refund. Exceptions can only be made in case the same product is available in several formats, and only if relevant support ticket is filed within 48 hours from purchase. Operational requirements for each product are deemed read and understood before purchase. Valid email address must be provided for delivery.

Features / Products explicity described as “BETA” does not constitute grounds for refund.

No refunds will be issued for remote assist services or any other custom work.

Refunds are issued by upon advice of technical support team and / or developer of the products. We endeavour to provide you with prompt and efficient professional assistance. All queries must be directed as follows:

Please allow 24-48 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on the problem.

Each refund request must be accompanied by a detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund.
By mutual consent, exchanges will be made to avoid refunds. Such exchanges will be offered on a case by case basis. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on this website.

How to Cancel

There are 2 methods to cancel your subscription.  Please review the information below to determine which method you should use.

If you paid through Paypal at the time of your initial signup, you will need to cancel your subscription directly within your Paypal account.

If you paid through Stripe, go to your Account Manager: and click on the button: Payments History. Under the words Your Active Subscriptions you will find your current active subscription(s) with: Date, Invoice #, Product, etc.  At the very end of that is the option to Cancel Subscription. Click on it and it will proceed to cancel the subscription.

Note: This will cancel the subscription and future payments. You will still be able to log into your Account Manger if you wish to return / order a different product. Simply remember and use the same login credentials. 

Once you have completed your cancellation process, our system will automatically send you a notification via email confirming your cancellation.
